JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責

1. Launch: Project Manager for the production launch of the product.

? Ensure customer drawings and specifications are received, recorded, and controlled in system.

? Coordinate product launch meetings (internally and at the customer).協調組織項目啟動會議（內部和客戶處）

? Track launch progresses to ensure that all tasks are performed.

Control the cost within budget

? Coordinate with Advanced Engineering on new project launches, supplying prototypes to customers and changes as they arise throughout the life of the program

? Coordinate component acquisition for production and sample runs.

協調獲取生產零部件和試樣生產

? Coordinate manufacturing equipment acquisition for production including writing the necessary technical specifications.

? Complete reports and documentation of meetings as required.根據要求完成會議所需的報告和文件

? Driving continuous improvement for launching products.推動項目的持續改進

2. Quality: Ensure technical specifications for manufacturing equipment meet customer requirements.

質量：確保制造設備的技術規范滿足客戶要求

? Assist in the development of quality systems to satisfy customer requirements.

協助完善質量體系以滿足客戶需要

? Co-ordinate the creation of all quality documentation.協調所有質量文件的生成

? Ensure quality variations experienced in production meet customer requirements of fit, form or function. Respond to customer’s concerns using appropriate systems (8D’s, 7D’s, etc.)

確保生產中的質量偏差滿足客戶要求。以合適的形式（8D’s, 7D’s,等）回復客戶的問題

? Key contact/Customer Liaison for all reporting.

作為關鍵的聯絡/客戶聯系人

3. Communication: Ensure communication of process / part changes to customer, required by management system documents and procedures.

交流：根據管理體系文件和流程，確保進行工藝/客戶產品變更方面的溝通

? Be a liaison between SMMP, the customer, and suppliers.

作為SMMP，客戶以及供應商之間的一個聯絡人

? Visits to Customers for continuous improvements and customer relations

? Spearhead design changes and revisions during development, launch and production.

4. Troubleshooting: Participate in troubleshooting production problems by seeking solutions that preserve design intent of fit, form and function.

? Other duties as required, including special projects as they arise. 其他需要履行的職責，包括特殊項目的指派

SKILLS /EXPERIENCE技能、經驗:

? Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, leadership, project management, prioritization, and organization skills are necessary

? Be knowledgeable in areas of tooling, die casting, quality systems, automotive technology and manufacturing processes.
