職位描述：

The marketing specialist is a part of the central marketing team. He/She will develop and apply marketing promotion methodologies to boost our Buhler brand and products close to the customers in the right channels and with the right tools.

- In close cooperation with the business development department of the business unit of rice;

- Develop, plan and execute professional marketing campaigns and activities to improve the brand recognition of Buhler in the rice processing industry;

- Analyze, explore and understand the market with all players along the value chain, how they work together to develop a close network of information collection and distribution in the major rice growing and processing areas of China;

- Develop, maintain and use an uptodate database of rice millers, influencers and networking channels in China and create tools and campaigns to establish close customer relations, inform about solutions of Buhler, spread success stories and and create leads for the sales and service teams to follow up.


崗位要求：

- Major in Business administration with minor in marketing Or grain processing incl rice with strong affinity to marketing. Bachelor or Master level both welcome;

- Familiar with design, plan and run a campaign in B2B;

- Knowledge on how to run pragmatic and hands-on market research for Rice;

- Experience and understanding of the mechanics of the rice processing industry in China;

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing , and practical experience in B2B marketing will be preferred;

- Fluency in Mandarin, and strong English is a plus;

- Strong MS Office skills, especially PPT & Excel , Outlook;

- Experience with CRM systems will be preferred;

- Excellent interpersonal skills;

- Analytical mind with outgoing personality;

- Strong self-mgmt and result oriented;

- Willingness to travel;
