職位描述 ：

- Direct and manage the Die Casting project development from beginning to end
全程指導、管理大型壓鑄機械設備項目的進程

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with HQ project team and management
與瑞士總部項目團隊及管理層合作,確定項目的范圍、目標和設備

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents;
開發全面的項目計劃及相關交流文件;

- Liaise with porject stakeholder on an ongoing basis;
與項目各個環節的職能部門保持即時聯絡;

- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary;
起草、提交項目草案,并在必要時對預算變更提出建設性建議;

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
給相對應的同事委派工作;

- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
負責提交項目進展報告,建議書,需求文件并做演講;

- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle;
指出項目成功的關鍵點,并將之通知項目各個環節的職能部門;

- Site visiting to determine the necessities of installation site;

任職要求： 

- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
本科或以上學歷,機械工程或電子工程專業

- More than 5 years or more experiences in big mechanical engineering project management
5年以上大型機械工程項目管理的工作經驗

- Prefer to high pressure die casting working experience or related
具有高壓壓力鑄造行業經驗者優先

- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
及時有效地對項目調整、改變做出反應

- Experience in personnel management;
有人員管理經驗;

- Solid working knowledge of current internet technology;
扎實的互聯網應用知識;

- Familiar with MS office;

任職要求 ：

- 鑄造或機械工程專業

- 具備電氣、液壓氣動工程技術背景;

- Programming of Die Casting controllers (Datanet and Datanet Ecoline) according to customer requirements
根據客戶的需求，為壓鑄設備控制系統編程;

- Help in case of software problems in the field (support of CS);

- Set validation criteria.;
設定驗證標準;

- Define and oversee test/validation plans;

- Provide technical expertise toward the resolution of shop and field problems;

- Create and maintain project management / resource management plans utilizing sound project management principles;

- Coach and lead junior engineers;

任職要求： 

- Bachelor degree of Automation control or Computer language
本科學歷, 電氣自動化或計算機語言專業

- More than 5 years or more experiences in software and programming engineering;
至少5年工程軟件及編程方面的工作經驗;

- Over 3 years experiences of C/C++, JAVA;
超過3年在C語言,C++,JAVA方面的經驗;

- Familiar with MS office;
熟練運用MS office;

- Good English communication skills;
良好的英語溝通能力;

- Be team worker, leader, communicative, intelligent, balanced, technical.
具備團隊精神,良好的人際溝通能力.
